'NEW'
: Group Exhibition
17 August – 9 October 2010
NEW is an exhibition not only celebrating 34FineArt’s new gallery but also some refreshing new works from the current inventory sourced from a fact finding mission to Europe an the UK.
The exhibition will include no fewer than three brand new works by artist Damien Hirst who is still financially one of the most successful artist today. In 2008 he had a dedicated auction of his work at Sotheby’s in excess of 110 million pounds and in 2007 created a scull comprising 15 million pounds worth of diamonds.
The latest editions of Takashi Murakami will also be on view. In September, following on from Jeff Koons and Xavier Veilhan, Murakami will be the latest high-profile artist to commandeer the Palace of Versailles with an exhibition sponsored by the Royal family of Qatar.
NEW will also include sculptural works by Jeff Koons and Murakami.
A major oil on canvas by the late Robert Hodgins is included as well as the most recent work by rising young star Asha Zero.
This exhibition promises to be a collective of vibrant and exciting works. With summer fast approaching and everything back to normal it is just fitting that
NEW will explode on 34FineArt’s walls with vigour while representing some of the major artists’ work from around the world.
